2. Donations and Seva Bookings
2.1. Voluntary Contributions
All donations made through this website are voluntary. By making a donation, you acknowledge that the funds will be used for temple maintenance, Annadana, Go-Seva, and festival celebrations as per the Trust's discretion.
2.2. Refund Policy
However, in the event of a technical error (e.g., a duplicate transaction), please contact us within 7 days with proof of payment. Refunds in such specific cases are at the sole discretion of the Temple management.
2.3. Seva Performance
When you book a Seva (e.g., Abhishek Seva, Archana), we commit to performing the ritual in your name (Sankalpa). However:
- If you cannot attend in person, the Seva will still be performed by the priests at the scheduled time.
- In case of force majeure or unavoidable circumstances, the Temple reserves the right to reschedule the Seva to the next available auspicious date.
3. Code of Conduct
Whether interacting online or visiting the physical premises, we expect all devotees to maintain the sanctity of the Temple.
3.1. Website Usage
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or to post comments (on live streams or blogs) that are offensive, defamatory, or disrespectful to the Deities or other devotees.
3.2. Visiting the Temple
Visitors to the temple premises in SLN City must adhere to the following:
- Dress Code: Please wear modest clothing suitable for a spiritual environment. Shoulders and knees should be covered.
- Prohibited Items: Alcohol, tobacco, and non-vegetarian food are strictly prohibited within the temple complex.
- Photography: Photography is allowed in the outer courtyard and gardens. Photography of the main Deity inside the Sanctum Sanctorum is generally restricted to maintain spiritual focus.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the Ananda Govinda logo, text, graphics, images of the Deities, and audio/video clips, is the property of Sri Ananda Govinda Temple.
